Policy:
Port of Old Mission Phases I, II & III will share maintenance responsibilities for some common elements within Port of Old Mission.
Procedure:
On May 1, 2006, the three associations entered into a formal agreement regarding sharing responsibilities for maintenance of these common elements. The attached agreement defines the responsibilities of the three home owner associations
