Association Secretary

The Secretary of the Association shall keep the minutes of all meetings of the Board of Directors
and the minutes of all meetings of the members of the Association; he shall have charge of the
corporate seal and of such books and papers as the Board of Directors may direct; and he shall, in general, perform all duties incident to the office of the Secretary.

The minutes prepared by the Secretary are not required to be a verbatim transcript of the meeting, but shall be in sufficient detail that ail items discussed in such meetings can be ascertained; that all viewpoints and comments of the attendees are presented; and that the intent of the Board of Directors or members in establishing Policies and Procedures can be understood by members that were not in attendance. The minutes shall be, as much as is practicable, a detailed and complete record of the meeting without actually being a verbatim transcript, unless the President or the Board of Directors shall specify that a particular meeting, or portion of a meeting, shall be recorded and a transcript prepared.

The Secretary shall receive all official correspondence directed to the Association and shall
prepare and dispatch all official correspondence from the Association unless directed otherwise
by the President or the Board of Directors.

The Secretary shall serve notice of each annual, special or other meeting, stating the purpose
thereof as well as the time and place where it is to be held, upon each member of record, at least ten (10) but not more than sixty (60) days prior to such meeting according to the requirements of the Association By-Laws.

The Secretary shall receive any petition signed by one-third (1/3) of the members in number
requesting a special meeting of the members and promptly forward such petition to the President
for the President's action.

The Secretary shall perform any other actions as requested or directed by the President and/or the Board of Directors.

The Secretary shall make copies of the minutes of all meetings of the Board of Directors or the
membership available to all interested members. Copies of the minutes shall be placed in the
boxes installed for that purpose at the mail box sites for the residents of the Condominium
